Flowers are perishable, so the guarantee is about condition rather than a change of mind.
If anything arrives damaged or fails within three days of delivery, send us a photograph and we will replace the whole order or refund it in full. No return of the flowers is required.
Vessels, candles and other non-perishable items can be returned unused within fourteen days.
Commissions and wedding work are quoted individually and are covered by the terms in your written quotation.
