The short version: we make what you ordered, or we tell you before we change it.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Availability is seasonal and stated per product.
Where a named flower is unavailable we substitute within the same price and tell you before dispatch.
Orders are collected from the pickup point chosen at checkout. There is no delivery and no delivery fee.
We do not accept returns.
Photographs on this site show the form and scale of a composition. Because each is made to order, the flowers themselves will vary.
